Founded in 2021, using modernized versions of my grandmothers babka recipe, Rachel's Bakery aka West Coast Babka is a specialty Jewish bakery dedicated to perfecting extraordinary babka and challah. My passion in life is to feed friends, family and community my favorite Jewish foods. I promise to make the best, most addicting babka and challah from scratch using the highest quality ingredients I can source, high-standards, and love. Made in beautiful Bend, OR.
