This limited-edition babka is made with Oregon Spirit Distillers bourbon, sweet local cherries from The Vegetable Man, and our signature dark chocolate ganache.
The cherries are soaked in bourbon, vanilla, orange, and a touch of maple, then placed into rich chocolatey layers. A true love letter to Oregon summer—made with small bakery energy and a lot of heart.
