Tahini Kale Toast ft. Fixa Foods Tangy Tahini

Ingredients:

  • Crusty bread (sourdough, white country, or gluten-free)
  • Fresh kale
  • EVOO
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fixa Foods Tangy Tahini
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Cut washed kale into small strips.
  2. Add kale, EVOO, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, & lemon juice to a sauté pan over medium heat.
  3. While kale is cooking, toast bread.
  4. Take pan off heat once kale is wilted but not overcooked.
  5. Drizzle toast with EVOO, spread a healthy schmear of Tangy Tahini, and add the wilted kale on top.
  6. Enjoy!
