Ingredients:
- Crusty bread (sourdough, white country, or gluten-free)
- Fresh kale
- EVOO
- Salt & pepper
- Fixa Foods Tangy Tahini
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Lemon juice
Method:
- Cut washed kale into small strips.
- Add kale, EVOO, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, & lemon juice to a sauté pan over medium heat.
- While kale is cooking, toast bread.
- Take pan off heat once kale is wilted but not overcooked.
- Drizzle toast with EVOO, spread a healthy schmear of Tangy Tahini, and add the wilted kale on top.
- Enjoy!
