How does pickup work?
All orders must be submitted by Wednesday for Saturday pickup.
Pickups will either be at NWX Farmers Market or Bellevue Office across from Worthy Brewing in Bend, OR.
- NWX Farmers Market pickup hours: 10 AM - 12 PM
- Bellevue Office (across from Worthy Brewing) pickup

Founded in 2021, using modernized versions of my grandmothers babka and challah recipes, Rachel's Bakery aka West Coast Babka is a specialty Jewish bakery dedicated to perfecting extraordinary babka and challah. My passion in life is to feed friends, family and community my favorite Jewish foods. I promise to make the best, most addicting babka and challah from scratch using the highest quality ingredients I can source, high-standards, and love. Made in beautiful Bend, OR.
